Worried About Your Job?

Don't be!  You're replaceable.  Face it.  Everyone is.  Even the President.  We vote & hire a Vice President, don't we?  That's our back up plan.  If the Prez fails, we'll just replace him.  Think about it.  Why would you be an exception?
